Terms of Use — Pulsr

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Pulsr ("the app") is developed by Krillo ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app does

Pulsr turns your phone's vibration motor into a relaxation massager with several vibration patterns and an adjustable intensity. It is a wellness and relaxation utility.

Not a medical device

Pulsr is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Do not use it on injuries, on inflamed or numb areas, during pregnancy, or if you have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, without first consulting a qualified professional. Stop using it if you feel pain or discomfort.

Free version and Pulsr Pro

The app is free to use, at full vibration strength, with the Steady and Pulse patterns and session lengths of 1, 2 or 3 minutes. A session stops when its timer runs out; you can start another one straight away, as often as you like. Pulsr Pro is an optional subscription that additionally unlocks:

Every session ends automatically when its timer runs out. There is no unlimited mode on either plan — this protects your battery and prevents the phone from vibrating unnoticed in a pocket or bag.

Subscriptions, trial and billing

Price and feature changes

We may change prices or what a plan includes for future purchases and renewals. Google Play notifies you of a price increase before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel instead.

Acceptable use

Use the app on your own device, for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to circumvent the subscription, reverse-engineer the app beyond what applicable law allows, or use it in a way that is illegal or harmful.

Availability and warranty

The app is provided "as is". Vibration behaviour depends on your device's hardware — some phones have no amplitude control and some manufacturers restrict background activity. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Privacy
